Cork floor underlayment
We’ve got the ideal solution: a premium cork underlay. Before you opt for common foam or felt options, which are often less durable, poorly insulate, and may have questionable recycling benefits, why not try a smarter and more comfortable alternative: cork?
Cork underlayment rolls
It’s versatile and works perfectly under most floating floors. These floors aren’t permanently glued down — they’re either clicked into place or laid loosely. Cork is excellent at dampening sound, evening out minor irregularities in the subfloor, and improving walking comfort. This is especially important for floating floors, as they naturally shift and flex slightly, and therefore require a flexible yet stable base.
They come in 3.2ft wide by 32.8ft length and in thicknesses from 0.07 to 0.4 in.

Cork + rubber underlayment
A rubber-cork underlay is a reinforced version of traditional cork. It combines cork granules with rubber granules (bound together with a polyurethane adhesive). Thanks to this combination, rubber-cork is more durable, flexible, and offers even better sound and thermal insulation. It’s ideal for more demanding subfloors, providing greater density and superior insulating properties.
